providing outstanding graphic design and printing services. However, you accept
the following terms and conditions by using our services:

• Service Accuracy: Although we make every effort to assure that all of the data and services offered by Kamal Computers are correct, current, and trustworthy, we cannot guarantee that our goods are entirely accurate, comprehensive, or appropriate for any given use. All content is supplied "as is," with no warranties or assurances.
• Printing Quality: Using the newest technology, we strive to provide top-notch
printing and design services. However, there may be some color differences
between the computer design and the finished printed product because of the
nature of printing. These small differences are not Kamal Computers' fault.

Client Responsibilities: Before printing, it is the client's duty to examine
and accept all designs and proofs. Any mistakes (including but not limited to
typos, layout, and design problems) that the customer missed during the
approval process are not Kamal Computers' responsibility after the final
approval is granted.
Intellectual Property:
• Content Ownership: Until full payment is received, Kamal Computers retains ownership of all printed materials, graphics, and logos created by the company. The client will be able to utilize the materials for their intended use after complete payment has been received.
• • Third-Party resources: The client must obtain the appropriate license and copyright permissions for any third-party resources, such as logos or photos, before using them in their design or print project. Any allegations or copyright breaches arising from the usage of such materials are not Kamal Computers' responsibility.
Limitation of Liability:
Kamal Computers will not be held responsible for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages that may arise from using our services, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruptions. If a product or service is defective or unsatisfactory, Kamal Computers' liability is limited to reprinting the defective product or, at our option, a reimbursement for the price of the particular service in question.
Payment and Delivery:
• Terms of Payment: Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is needed before any printing job starts. Bulk or custom orders could need a deposit. Payment options will be explained in detail when the order is placed.
• Delivery Time: Kamal Computers makes every effort to meet delivery schedules,
however we cannot be held accountable for delays brought on by uncontrollable
events like equipment failures, unanticipated technical difficulties, or
third-party courier delays.
· Updates and Modifications:
Kamal Computers retains the right, at any time and without
previous notice, to amend or alter this Disclaimer. You accept the revised
